Requirements for a Full Refund
Items must be in new condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
Shoes and clothing must be unworn
We try our best to photograph and place images on our site that are exactly how the product looks ,however due to different monitors interpretations of colors and camera differences colors sometimes are slightly different than they appear on the internet,if you have a problem with your product please contact us
within 14 days if you wish to return your item.
*With dye sublimation orders, there will be some inconsistencies that occur from print to print. For example, white wrinkles can appear where the garment was not laying perfectly flat. These types of issues are most likely going to happen along seams, around collar, or around the arm pit area. Also, “ghosting” can occur where the dye gas settles into surrounding elements within the design and if this occurs it may result in some unintentional color shadowing within the design.
We do not issue refunds/discounts or accept returns for orders that have these types of issues.

Returns and Claim Policy- It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect and test all merchandise.BUYERS BE AWARE!!! Once merchandise is worn washed or altered in any way, the Buyer cannot return or make any exchanges.
Shipping Discrepancies- Due to possible human error, it is the buyer/consignees responsibility to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered and resolve any claims with KafeNubia before garments are worn washed or altered. KafeNubia will not accept any claims due to incorrect shipments if garments are worn washed or altered..
